AMAZING PRIVATE - 5 TERRE "SWIM IN A SEA OF BEAUTY" with stop in PORTOVENERE - Tour length 11 hr and 30 min

A whole, intense and unforgettable day dedicated to the discovery of one of the most amazing and enchanting landscapes in the World. Five villages (RIOMAGGIORE – MANAROLA – CORNIGLIA – VERNAZZA & MONTEROSSO AL MARE), suspended between Ligurian sea and Ligurian land, hanging from sheer cliffs surrounded by hills and vineyards, which will allow us to immerse into a little piece of Heaven. In 1997 Porto Venere and the villages of Cinque Terre were designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

Kind note: the 5 villages are located within the “Regional Park of the 5 lands” where no one can drive. Our drivers will take you to Riomaggiore and then pick you up at La Spezia station. Wear comfortable shoes for walking, taking the train and/or boat. In one day it can be difficult to visit all 5 villages (usually you will have a temple to visit 3/4 of them, it depends on how active you are and if you decide to sit or not at the restaurant).

• 7.30am – Meet your Driver directly at your address – Welcome sign TUSCANY IS AMAZING. Please be so kind to be ready outside in time
• 9.00am – Along the way to reach the 5 Terre you can admire the famous Carrara Marble Quarries in the Apuan mountains where Michelangelo chose the famous block of marble to sculpt David
• 10.00am – Visit the “Rainbow Fisherman’s Houses” village of PORTOVENERE. The ancient Portus Veneris is believed to date back to at least the middle of the 1st century BC. It has been said that the name refers to a temple to the goddess Venus which was sited on the promontory where the church of Peter the Apostle now stands. Visit the Marina, the Byron’s Grotto (so named because the poet Lord Byron used to meditate there) and the St. Peter Church.
• 12.30 – Visit the first village of RIOMAGGIORE. After a short stop during which your driver will give you information and advice, you will visit Riomaggiore. Lunch on your own can be in Riomaggiore (we suggest you a great restaurant) and from here you will take the train or boat to reach Monterosso
• 2.30pm – Visit the last village of MONTEROSSO AL MARE. Monterosso is the most famous village among the five and the only one with beaches (Gigante & Fegina). Free time for the beach, taste the famous schiacciata with pesto, gelato and shopping
• 3.30pm – Visit the four village of VERNAZZA.  Lunch on your own can be in Vernazza (we suggest you a great restaurant). After lunch hike the Vernazza castle and catch the train on the way to La Spezia
• 5.00pm – Meet your driver at LA SPEZIA Central Station
• 7.00pm – Return at your address. End of the tour.
